CHAMPION MOTORSPORTS DISCLAIMERS AND AGREEMENTS

General Disclaimer

Champion Motorsports makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding our vehicles, pricing, equipment, mileage, and specifications. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. All information is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice.

All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Availability, pricing, equipment, mileage, and vehicle specifications should be confirmed with Champion Motorsports before purchase. Vehicles are sold subject to the terms contained in the applicable purchase agreement and other documents signed at the time of sale.

Financing

When financing a vehicle through an indirect lender arranged by Champion Motorsports, the buyer agrees to provide all documentation reasonably requested by the financing institution and to cooperate with the lender's verification and funding requirements.

Requested documentation must generally be provided within 7 days, unless otherwise specified by the lender. Failure to provide required documentation may result in the lender declining or withdrawing financing.

If a lender requires a customer verification or "welcome call," the buyer agrees to complete that call within the timeframe requested by the lender.

If financing is not approved, is subsequently declined, or the lender requires the transaction to be unwound due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation, the buyer may be required to return the vehicle in accordance with the applicable purchase agreement. Any applicable costs or obligations will be governed by the signed transaction documents and applicable law.

Trade-In Title Requirements

When a vehicle is accepted as a trade-in, the customer is responsible for providing a valid title or applicable lien release within 30 days of the transaction, unless a different timeframe is agreed upon in writing.

If the required title or lien release is not provided within the applicable timeframe, Champion Motorsports may require the customer to resolve the title issue or, where permitted by the purchase agreement and applicable law, unwind or repurchase the transaction.

The customer may also be responsible for reasonable costs resulting from an unresolved title issue, which may include transportation, administrative expenses, title-related costs, and other documented expenses.

Extended Service Contracts

Extended service contracts may be available for an additional charge. Customers who decline available extended coverage understand that their vehicle will be subject only to whatever warranty coverage is specifically provided in the signed purchase and warranty documents.

Where applicable, benefits under the Champion Motorsports limited warranty are subject to the maximum coverage amount stated in the warranty agreement.

Specialty and Modified Vehicles

For modified, lifted, customized, or specialty vehicles, warranty coverage is limited to the components specifically identified as covered in the applicable warranty documentation.

Warranty coverage may be excluded or voided by abuse, misuse, racing, excessive or unreasonable use, or operation outside the vehicle manufacturer's intended specifications.

Examples may include, but are not limited to:

• Racing or competitive driving

• Excessive engine RPM or over-revving

• Heavy throttle or abusive driving

• Snow plowing

• Heavy construction use

• Towing beyond the manufacturer's stated capacity

• Operation under unusually severe or unreasonable conditions

RETURN POLICY

When a vehicle qualifies for Champion Motorsports' return policy, the buyer may return the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable purchase agreement.

A $1,595 restocking fee may apply to an eligible returned vehicle. This fee is intended to account for costs associated with processing and reversing the transaction, including detailing, administrative expenses, title and plate-related costs, and potential depreciation.

Additional expenses may apply to out-of-state transactions, including transportation, shipping, document mailing, and other costs specifically associated with the return.

To qualify for a return, the customer must initiate the return within three (3) calendar days of delivery, unless otherwise provided in the signed purchase agreement.

The vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was delivered, excluding reasonable wear and tear or mechanical issues that arose after delivery.

The vehicle must also be free of liens or other encumbrances, except for those created in connection with the original purchase transaction.

The return policy applies to qualifying in-stock vehicles only and does not apply to special-order vehicles or vehicles specifically excluded from the policy.

All returns remain subject to the terms of the signed purchase agreement and applicable law.

Vehicle Shipping

When Champion Motorsports assists with arranging transportation, transportation services are provided by independent third-party carriers.

Champion Motorsports does not control the carrier's schedule, route, driver availability, weather conditions, traffic, or other circumstances that may affect transportation times. Any estimated delivery date or ETA provided by the carrier is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Customers may choose to arrange their own transportation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the vehicle must be paid in full or fully funded before it leaves the Champion Motorsports premises.

Any damage occurring during transportation should be addressed in accordance with the transportation agreement and applicable carrier insurance requirements.

Fee Transparency

Advertised vehicle prices do not include applicable sales tax, title fees, registration/license fees, processing fees, or documentation fees.

Champion Motorsports' documentation/processing fee is $377, unless otherwise stated in the applicable purchase agreement.

Used-vehicle values can vary significantly based on mileage, condition, equipment, history, market demand, and other factors. Kelley Blue Book, J.D. Power, NADA, and other valuation sources are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed values.

Champion Motorsports does not add undisclosed charges such as dealer preparation or transportation fees to a vehicle purchase. Any additional charge will be disclosed as part of the transaction and included in the applicable purchase documents.

Vehicle Purchase Contents

Every vehicle sold by Champion Motorsports is guaranteed to include at least one (1) functioning key at the time of delivery, unless otherwise disclosed in writing.

A second key, owner's manual, original floor mats, spare key fobs, or other original equipment are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the vehicle listing or purchase documents.

When available, Champion Motorsports may assist customers in obtaining a digital owner's manual, replacement floor mats, or additional keys at or near our acquisition cost. Availability and pricing may vary.
